Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We have a return period of 14 days. This means you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@eliravogue.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the provided address. We have different return addresses depending on the region and will choose the best address based on your location. You will receive the return instructions and details by email.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Cancelation
Cancelations can't be done because our warehouse is fully automated and we buy shipping labels & forward products almost 12 hours after ordering. The order is already in transit and the customer should wait till the package arrives, and can then return it to us once the package arrives at their address, we are here to support.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No returns or refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect size chosen by the customer, despite a size chart (cm) being provided on the product page. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing the product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing an order.

Items purchased by the customer during our sale.

Damage to the product by the customer after receipt.

When the delivery courier does not find the recipient at the delivery address – ELIRA VOGUE accepts no responsibility in this case.

When the courier states that the package has been delivered, ELIRA VOGUE accepts no liability.

When defects are not reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with photographic evidence.

When no response is received within 24 hours to our reply regarding the return request – in such cases, we reserve the right not to process a return or refund.
ELIRA VOGUE reserves the right to request photos of the received item from the customer as proof of defects or discrepancies.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
