Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing begins once we have received confirmation of your order via email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

At ELIRA VOGUE, we aim to make shopping simple and affordable. Therefore, we offer standard shipping rates that are favorable to our customers. In most cases, shipping is free unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy
At ELIRA VOGUE, we understand that a product may not always meet your expectations. Therefore, we have established a return policy to assist you in such cases. Below you will find the details of our return procedure:
Return Period
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
When returning an item, we will refund the full purchase price minus the return shipping costs.
Note: Some items are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. This will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@eliravogue.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these cases individually and always strive to find a suitable solution.
Processing Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you a confirmation of receipt.
You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to your credit card or original payment method—usually sooner.
Order Handling

Pre-ordered items are processed within 1–3 business days after arriving at our warehouse.
After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
Due to our commitment to fast order processing and immediate shipping, it is not possible to cancel an order once placed.
If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at support@eliravogue.com. Note that changes are no longer possible once your order has been shipped.
Important Note on Address Details
It is your responsibility to enter and verify the correct delivery address.
ELIRA VOGUE is not responsible for non-receipt of your order due to incorrect address details.
If a return occurs due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (minus shipping costs) and ask you to place a new order.
